IRAS EXPANDS DEPUTY EDITORS' CIRCLE TO STRENGTHEN SOCIAL MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

The International Review of Administrative Sciences (IRAS) is pleased to announce the expansion of its Deputy Editors team with the addition of two distinguished professionals: Dr. Tobias Polzer from WU Vienna and Dr. Sara Melo from Queen’s Management School in Belfast.

Dr. Polzer and Dr. Melo will lead the journal’s efforts in social media and communication, working closely with the publisher Sage and the Communications Director at the IIAS Secretariat in Brussels. Their responsibilities will include enhancing IRAS’s digital presence, fostering engagement with the academic and practitioner communities, and supporting the dissemination of research to a wider audience.

Dr. Tobias Polzer brings extensive expertise in organizational studies and public administration, with a focus on digital transformation and data governance. 

He is currently based at WU Vienna, where he contributes to advancing organizational research and public sector innovation.


Dr. Sara Melo, from Queen’s Management School in Belfast, specializes in healthcare management and organizational behavior. 

Her work emphasizes collaboration, communication, and the intersection of technology with public service delivery.

This development highlights IRAS’s dedication to advancing public administration research and enhancing communication. With Dr. Polzer and Dr. Melo on the editorial team, the journal strengthens its role in connecting academia and practice, ensuring its leadership in the field.
